TMS SUMMER POLICY
1. A $25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit per week selected is required to hold a spot for each camp session. The deposit will be applied to the total amount owed per session. The deposit is NON-TRANSFERABLE.
2. Camp is refundable (excluding deposit) if we receive a written cancellation by April 30th, 2025
3. Beginning May 1, 2025, half (50%) of the camp payment is refundable (excluding deposit) if we receive a written notice two weeks prior to the start of the session you are canceling.
4. To maintain the integrity of each session, campers may not register for part of a week. There are no prorated fees.
5. TMS reserves the right to cancel any camp if enrollment is insufficient. In the event of such a cancellation, a full refund will be issued and every effort will be made to provide care for the campers.
6. Late registration will be accepted, if space is available, but will require payment in full before the camper can attend.
7. There will be a $10 fee to make time changes in any registered camps (beginning May 30th, 2025)
8. If you elect 3 monthly payments, they will be due on (deposit March 15th) April 15th, May 15th, and June 15th of 2025.
